DIY QUESTIONNAIRE

A standard one-off fee of $185 inclusive of GST (for a single storey home, $255 two storey home and $110 addition fee for Conservatory and/or vegie garden and fruit and nut trees), is charged for a report specific to your home.  The package includes a Product Guide, DIY Support Manual, in addition to the Report.  The Consultancy is able to offer the package at this price because inspections are not carried out on-site. The DIY Questionnaire based report is conducted via the internet, email and mail.

The first step in the process is to contact us via email or mail and request a copy of the questionnaire which you fill in and return to us with the fee.  The questionnaire is provided free-of-charge.

Step-by-step details of the report process are:

1. Fill out our climate and rainfall based questionnaire for your specific climate and rainfall

2. Include floor and site plan copies or sketches on the graph pages provided, showing east/west morning and afternoon sun window/wall entry points for both summer and winter OR simply east and west facing exterior walls

3. Provide other details as requested - mostly yes/no tick boxes

4. Provide photographs of your house and gardens or photo printouts as described in the questionnaire

5. Return to us by mail or email with our fee (see Pricing)

6. We provide you with a detailed report in addition to a product guide and professional DIY support  manual by mail.
